These License Terms govern personal use of the Invariant Levels framework (the "Framework"), including the ES/MES and NQ/MNQ price-level set and any accompanying material provided to active subscribers ("you"). By subscribing to or accessing the Framework, you accept these terms.
Invariant Levels grants you a personal-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Framework for your own independent research and trading reference while your monthly subscription is active. The license is granted to you as a named individual and is tied to the subscription associated with your account.
The Framework, the complete level set, and the proprietary methodology used to identify the levels are confidential. You agree to hold this information in confidence and not to disclose it to any other person.

The Framework is standardized market-reference information provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not personalized investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an instruction to buy or sell any instrument. Invariant Levels does not determine position size, entries, exits, stops, or risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
No framework, level, or research product can guarantee accuracy, market reaction, or profitability. Past or documented interactions do not indicate future results. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss.
All right, title, and interest in and to the Framework, the level set, and the methodology remain with Invariant Levels. You receive only the personal-use license described here.
The license is active for the duration of your paid subscription and renews monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing cycle, after which the license terminates automatically. Access to the portal may be suspended or revoked immediately if these terms are violated.
The subscription is billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, and access continues through the end of the current billing cycle. Because the Framework consists of confidential information that cannot be returned or unlearned once disclosed, payments for billing cycles already in progress are non-refundable. Review all available information, the Risk Disclosure, and these License Terms carefully before subscribing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invariant Levels is not liable for any trading losses, decisions, or damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the Framework. Your use is entirely at your own risk.
These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Framework after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
